Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Flospace ("Flospace", "we", "us") collects when you use the Flospace workspace at app.flospace.ai and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Flospace is currently operated by SME Intelligence LLC, a Michigan limited liability company.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Microsoft, Google, GitHub, or an email code, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from that provider. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
- Workspace content. The content you and your team create or bring into Flospace: boards and their items, AI sessions and prompts, meeting transcripts, notes, files you upload, and code changes the agent makes.
- Connected services. If your organization connects Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or GitHub, Flospace accesses the data those connections allow (for example files, meeting transcripts, or repositories) only to perform the work your team asks for.
- Usage and technical data. Basic logs needed to operate and secure the service, such as request times, IP addresses, browser type, and errors.
- Cookies. We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure Flospace, including authenticating you and your team.
- To carry out the work you request, including sending relevant content to our AI provider to generate responses and actions.
- To communicate with you about your account, invitations, and important changes.
- To troubleshoot problems and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content to train our own AI models.
AI processing
When you use Flospace's AI features, the relevant prompts and workspace content are sent to our AI model provider, Anthropic, to generate responses. Anthropic processes that content under its own terms and privacy policy.
Service providers
We rely on these providers to run Flospace. They process information on our behalf:
- Clerk for sign-in and account management.
- Cloudflare for hosting, networking, and security.
- Supabase for our database.
- Amazon Web Services for the servers that run AI agent work.
- Anthropic for AI model processing.
- Microsoft, Google, and GitHub for sign-in and, when your organization connects them, the integrations you enable.
Sharing
Content in a Flospace workspace is visible to the members of that workspace according to its sharing settings. We share information with the service providers above, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Flospace and its users. If Flospace is involved in a reorganization, merger, or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as your account or workspace is active, or as needed to provide the service. You or your workspace administrator can ask us to delete your account or workspace data by contacting us; we will delete it except where we need to keep it for legal or security reasons.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and multi-factor authentication options to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected users of a breach as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can update your profile in Flospace settings and ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws; contact us to exercise them.
Children
Flospace is a business product and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the product or by email before they take effect. The effective date above shows the latest version.
